-:duties and Responsibilities
Manage the social insurance and Labor Law relations
Insure new hired employees paperwork is completed and processed
Process all personal action forms, complete communication with social insurance office, and medical insurance company
Monitor employees attendance
Determine the administration issue and resolve them for a smooth office operations
Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives , meeting with managers to discuss needs
Building applicants sources by dealing with different recruitment channels such as recruitment websites, News Papers , universities , recruitment agencies and community services to achieve the man power plan for our organization
Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants , analyzing responses , verifying references , comparing qualifications with job requirements
Achieving an effective recruitment process , starting from posting vacancies , till interviewing and make short listing

Bachelore degree in any relevant field
Experience 1-3 years
max Age 26
Excellent communication skills
Good user of Microsoft Office especially excel
