Job Description:
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers of inventory.
- Can work with Odoo inventory and Manufacturing tools.
- Reconcile physical inventory with accounting records on a regular basis to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse accounting reports.
- Monitor and control warehouse expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to warehouse accounts.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of inventory management systems and accounting processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of inventory movements in the accounting system.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize losses.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations within the warehouse environment.
