Parisima Talent is hiring with one of our clients in hospitality, high-end steakhouse restaurant.
Position: Waiter
Salary: SAR 6,750 All Inclusive + Duty Meals & Tips
Job location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Working days / weekly off: 6 Days working / 9 hr shift
Shifts: Rotational shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service by monitoring table turnover and optimizing seating.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote additional menu items, suggest wine pairings, and encourage upselling.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and adhere to cash handling procedures.
Skills
Job Specifications:
- Previous experience as Waiter / Food Server in fine dine restaurants / 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
