A Bahraini government entity is seeking a senior HR leader to lead a large team of HR & Admin professionals and report to the CEO. This is a complex organization that will require strong strategic HR experience and stakeholder management.

Lead the HR and admin functions which comprise of 4 main sections – HR Operations, Training & Development, Organizational Development, and Administration Tailor HR strategy for overall business strategy meeting organizational needsLead a large HR & admin team – monitoring development and coachingManage a large HR budget and report to the boardDrive culture, behaviors, skills and performance of the employees and provide insight to the board Create and drive a high achieving organizational culture and design programmes that recognize and rewardDevelop employee relations policy and processesEnsure a customer-centric HR service and drive excellence across the functionDevelop all governance and labour law guidance and policyPart of the leadership team
MUST BE BAHRANI NATIONAL Master degree in HR or relevant subjectAt least 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 in a leadership roleStrategic mindset and change management experienceStrong communication skills and work with board member
Good salary package plus bonus.
Can consider Bahraini nationals already in-country or looking to return to Bahrain from overseas.
