**ROLE PROFILE:**
The Project Manager is accountable for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and monitoring of Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives across various use cases within the Innovation Hub. This includes managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and allocating resources to ensure successful project delivery.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
* Coordinate execution across cross-functional teams, proactively resolving delivery risks and interdependencies to maintain project momentum.
* Maintain detailed project plans and Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) logs to track progress, drive issue resolution, and manage change control processes effectively.
* Ensure strict adherence to internal governance, data security protocols, and regulatory standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.
* Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, maintaining clear visibility of project status, potential blockers, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Drive continuous improvement by standardizing delivery practices and supporting the scalability of existing execution frameworks.
**Qualifications**
**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATION:**
* A minimum of ten (10) years of proven project management experience, preferably within AI, data analytics, or technology programs within the financial services sector.
* Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects utilizing Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
* Experience in developing and managing detailed project plans and preparing comprehensive reports for executive stakeholders.
* Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and the ability to effectively coordinate activities across data science, engineering, and business teams.
* Exceptional planning, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
