Job Description:**Position Summary**

The VM Display Stylist plays a critical role in upholding the brand’s visual identity through innovative and trend-conscious merchandising. This position is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through the implementation of compelling in-store product displays across various markets. This necessitates a strong cultural awareness, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail in order to curate merchandise presentations that resonate with customers and contribute to the attainment of commercial objectives.

**Core Responsibilities**

* **Display Execution and Compliance:** Ensure strict adherence to brand and company visual merchandising standards across all retail locations. Implement seasonal directives and promotional campaigns with accuracy and timeliness. Style mannequins and coordinate store layouts, factoring in product performance data and visual impact considerations.

* **Creative Merchandising:** Conceptualize and execute visually engaging product presentations designed to optimize customer engagement and maximize sales performance. Arrange merchandise, signage, backdrops, and store fixtures in accordance with pre-approved schematic designs. Identify and capitalize on creative opportunities to emphasize key product categories and top-selling items.

* **Store and Market Support:** Conduct routine store visits to evaluate the efficacy of visual merchandising executions and pinpoint areas requiring improvement. Provide direct visual merchandising support during store openings, renovations, and major promotional events. Maintain current knowledge of product launches, top-performing stock-keeping units (SKUs), and marketing initiatives.

* **Training and Collaboration:** Conduct training sessions for in-store teams and visual merchandising representatives on updated standards, display methodologies, and seasonal implementation procedures. Collaborate with Store Managers, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between visual merchandising efforts and broader commercial goals. Assist in the creation of training materials and quick-reference guides as required.

* **Visual Communication and Signage:** Coordinate with signage vendors to ensure the timely deployment of in-store promotional graphics. Supervise the installation and removal of graphics in accordance with campaign timelines. Ensure that all visuals are maintained in pristine condition, clean, and reflect current brand messaging.

* **Brand Representation and Innovation:** Serve as a brand steward, ensuring the consistent maintenance of the brand’s visual identity. Remain abreast of current fashion, retail, and cultural trends to introduce novel visual concepts. Proactively propose enhancements to visual merchandising execution and disseminate best practices across markets.
