- Supervise Sales representatives and follow-up their sales activities, ensuring their accomplishment to daily and monthly sales targets,
- develop Sales Representative’s sales skills and direct them,
- coach them to develop the sales volume and areas through a set of sales development plans to increase number of customers, in addition to improving productivity and distribution and Work on achieving the unit’s monthly and annual sales objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
At least 5 years of experience, 2 of which as u Unit Manager/HFS.
– Problem Solving & Handling Complaints Techniques.
– Selling Skills.
– Financial Management & Budgeting.
– Report Writing Skills.
