Job Description
1. Determining clients’ needs and suggesting suitable travel packages.2. Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation,and transportation. 3. Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials.4. Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs,weather conditions, reviews etc.5. Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.6. Collect deposits and balances.7. Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine money returns.8. Maintain relationships with key persons in airline companies, hotels, land arrangement suppliers and online systems.9. Reach the revenue and profit targets. 10. Perform other duties as and when assigned by the management.
Skills
Accountable to Head of the Business unit and for the quality and workmanship of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of job discipline is expected.Excellent knowledge of traveling software (online reservations systems, GDSsystems and e-travel) Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant in outbound/outgoingProficiency in Emails typing, Microsoft office, and online research.travel partners and service providers. Good knowledge of trending destinations that preferred for Kuwaiti and GCC(Arabic Speaking candidates only)
