Training Project Coordinator

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Coordination of day-to-day academy activities including but not limited to:
• Academy relevant stakeholders to facilitate the smooth day-to-day operation of the academy
• Training staff regional travel
• Shipping of tools and equipment to support training delivery at regional training locations
• Training and Delegate printin g requirements
• Delegate meals
• Vehicle Fuelling and Sanitisation with supplier
• Coordination of technicians to attend Refinish Competency Development and Assessment
• Coordination of business partner trainers for delivery of Refinish Competency Development and Assessment
• Coordination of Body Technicians to attend Competency Development and Assessment in Dubai
• Coordination of Refinish Technicians to attend Competency Development at applicable business partner facility in the region
• Production of invitation letters for all delegates who travel to Dubai
• Coordination of business partner purchase odder issuance for the upcoming quarter
• Quarterly reconciliation of purchase orders
• Maintain the Academy Asset Register
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedure and Business Continuity Planning manuals
• Coordination of equipment calibration and outsourced maintenance requirements
• Support launch and dynamic training activities
