Job Description:**Tourism Partnerships Support Officer**

**Job Summary:**

The Tourism Partnerships Support Officer provides assistance to the Tourism Partnership Manager in the strategic management and execution of global tourism and destination marketing partnerships. This role encompasses the coordination of partnership activities, the diligent oversight of joint marketing initiative delivery, and the facilitation of proposal development and reporting for key tourism and airport partners on a worldwide scale.

**Responsibilities:**

* Support the implementation of marketing campaigns involving tourism boards and airport partners across global markets.
* Coordinate with internal departments (including Marketing, Media, Analytics, and Regional Offices) to ensure the seamless execution of partnership activities.
* Manage project timelines, secure necessary approvals, and oversee the delivery of partner-funded initiatives.
* Maintain comprehensive and current records of both ongoing and completed partnerships.
* Contribute to the preparation of funding proposals, campaign presentations, and post-campaign evaluation reports.
* Track and consolidate partner contributions, both financial and in-kind, for global marketing campaigns.
* Assist in the collection and analysis of campaign performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Oversee partnership documentation, including contracts, and manage invoicing processes.
* Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document action items for subsequent follow-up.
* Maintain the global partnerships database, ensuring accurate documentation of all communications.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Coordinate internal and external stakeholder alignment meetings.
* Provide support for partner events, trade activations, and campaign launches as required.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
* A minimum of four years of professional experience in marketing partnerships, destination marketing, or roles within the tourism industry.
* Demonstrated strong project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication proficiencies.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is desirable.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across diverse regions and time zones.
* Experience in airline, tourism board, or travel marketing partnerships is preferred.
