Our client, a leading global technology organization with a workforce exceeding 83,000 employees across five continents, seeks a highly qualified Manager to oversee Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification (IVVQ) activities. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring that systems and products adhere to all specified requirements throughout the System Engineering Lifecycle. This role encompasses technical leadership, process ownership, and team management to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions. Responsibilities include developing and implementing the IVVQ strategy in alignment with project objectives; ensuring well-defined, traceable, and testable requirements through stakeholder engagement; establishing robust verification and validation processes; creating comprehensive test plans incorporating automated and manual testing methodologies; leading and mentoring the IVVQ team in inspection, testing, and qualification activities; collaborating with Development, Project Management, and Quality Assurance teams; and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory mandates, and internal quality policies. The Manager will also define Work Package baselines, encompassing scope, deliverables, schedules, estimates, and technical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); prepare IVVQ activities in accordance with project strategy; provide regular reporting and dashboards to key stakeholders; provide technical direction to ensure IVVQ engineering solutions meet time, cost, and quality targets; maintain clear technical interfaces, dependencies, and assumptions to mitigate project risks; represent IVVQ Engineering in Design Reviews with a focus on risk reduction; and apply IVVQ best practices, tools, and automation to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs. Furthermore, the Manager will participate in change control, configuration audits, and serve as a technical liaison with customers and consortium partners.

**Essential qualifications include:** A minimum of twelve years of experience across the systems engineering lifecycle, with a focus on system integration, verification, validation, and qualification activities, including at least five years of experience leading IVVQ teams; demonstrated technical leadership in system design and IVVQ activity management; expertise in developing IVVQ plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies; proven ability to define, plan, execute, and manage IVVQ activities within complex system environments; comprehensive knowledge of requirements validation, functional testing, and performance verification; experience with large-scale, distributed systems; familiarity with Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and User Acceptance Tests (UAT); and experience deploying test automation tools and scripting languages for verification.

**Preferred qualifications include:** Experience in Integrated Security Systems for critical protection sites; working knowledge of safety-critical or mission-critical systems; exposure to Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud platforms, and cybersecurity validation; experience leading cross-functional teams; the ability to deliver IVVQ outcomes on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards; familiarity with Agile, V-Model, and Waterfall development methodologies; experience managing risks and resolving non-conformances during IVVQ phases; and the ability to coordinate with engineering, operations, and business teams to align IVVQ activities with project objectives.
