Temporary Marketing Operations and Events Officer

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

·        Plan, organize & execute promotional, business, and social events.

·        Execute the marketing and communications strategy and plans of the Company aligned with the corporate strategy.

·        Ensure implementation of all marketing & communications campaigns & initiatives and public relations activities, both locally and regionally.

·        Assist in developing the marketing policies and procedures based on business needs and ensure effective and efficient implementation of policies and procedures within the Company.

·        Collaborate with Marketing team, other departments, clients, agencies etc… on projects & to produce post projects analysis reports.

·        Assist in developing the marketing, communications and public relations materials including publications, media relations and so forth.

·        Perform direct marketing (support package) with existing/potential clients.

·        Develop various marketing events aligned with the budgeted marketing calendar related to brand/projects including (but not limited to) launching, brand building and editorial coverage.

·        Oversee the whole process of event management starting from planning to launch in liaison with the agencies and develop the post-event report.

·        Liaise with media partners for all marketing events.

·        Conduct regular Client Experience Surveys to gather client insights on campaigns/ events delivered.

·        Develop and maintain mailing list for marketing & PR campaigns.

·        Develop, document, and recommend improvement points on departmental procedures and workflows

·        Assist Head of Department in all required projects & reports (Photoshoot Report, Campaign Reports, Guest Relations Satisfaction Report etc…)
