As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing various financial transactions. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash and confidential information accurately. - Assist customers with various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
- Count and verify cash amounts received and disbursed during transactions.
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies.
- Provide accurate and efficient service by following established procedures and guidelines.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote bank products and services to customers, such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures to protect customer and bank assets.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Prior experience as a Teller or in a similar customer service role in the banking industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
