Job Description :
The Telesales Supervisor would work with the Sales Manager & the OBU Department Manager tomanage the day-to-day operation. He / She supervises a team of Telesales Agents calling oncustomers as assigned; sell our products to them and follow up to ensure those products aredelivered satisfactorily.To assist in coordinating the day-to-day running of and the activities of a team of TelesalesRepresentatives / Agents at the Contact Centre – the Telesales activities of selling andCustomer problem-solving.Perform training, coaching, and leading Telesales representatives and as they providesupport for customers.Work with the OBU Manager in identifying trends and establishing the department’s goals.Present reports and analyze OBU data to improve processes and performance.Consistently evaluate the performance of telesales representatives, ensure discipline andcorrective actions where necessary.Provide leadership for telesales Agents by actively engaging and supporting them to ensurebetter performance.To drive achievement of service and sales targets, SLA’s and KPIs at the Centre continually.To ensure the use of Telephone to achieve effective coverage to the assigned outlets and tosell all our products/services to them, thereby increasing our coverage of the market andachieving customer-centric objectives.Guide Telesales representatives through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry customersand handling issues that cannot be fielded by telesales representatives.Leading team meetings, developing presentations and talks to motivate and educate telesalesrepresentatives and supervisors.Work with OBU Manager to carry out regular evaluation /assessment and develop a culturewhere training and development are part of the team, identifying actions and working withtrainers to ensure the skills and knowledge are developed effectively.Work closely with the Marketing Department to create and assist in promotional material.Preparing and updating effective daily call plans for productive customer relationshipmanagement.Work closely with the various sales team to ensure that customers are happy and satisfied atall times by providing prompt feedback from customers with a view to proffering solutionsto their challenges.Monitor all calls to ensure that due process and quality standards are adhered to andintervene/correct where necessary.Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improveperformance at the Department.Identifying and instilling best practices, processes, systems and recommending continuousimprovement ideas for the Department.Regularly Reports weekly team activities to OBU Manager & Sales Manager.Regular follow-through on all sales orders generated by TSRs for prompt delivery tocustomers.
Job Requirements :
A Bachelor Degree. PMP is a plus.5 to 7 Years of experience with at least 2 years as a Sales Team Leader / Supervisor /Manager.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Experience with the US market is a must.Experience in the dental sales industry is a plus.Successful proven experience as a sales team leader/supervisor, consistently exceedingtargets.High level of commitment.Competencies & Skills:- Native / Fluent English is a must.- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.- Excellent communication skills.- Excellent Time/task management skills.- Leadership, planning and strategic skills.- Outstanding critical thinking- Excellent Documentation skills.- Customer Focus.- Result-oriented.- Self-motivated.- Resilience
