Top Performing Real Estate Team has a unique opportunity for a Jr Associate Inside Sales agent As a sales agent you will be responsible for making outbound calling to prospective leads, schedule appointments, and assign the proper follow-up plan.
This role plays a big part in the real estate lead generation process.
Lead generation: Setting up appointment opportunities with homeowners looking to sell or buy (cold calling/telemarketing). Qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics. Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management and expect regular accountability meetings with the direct manager and company owner. Training will be provided along with the entire system as a whole.
