Mobimongez is hiring a “Telesales Agent”:Responsibilities:Responding to Customer QueriesHandling Complaints.Maintaining Customer SatisfactionBuild a good Rapport with Clients over the phone.Handle and resolve customer complaints.Answer inbound calls and manage workflow between departmentsAnswer clients’ inquiries and help them use the company’s servicesMake outbound calls with clients to follow up.
Job Requirements :
Excellent communication skills.Marketing background.Good computer skills.Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.At least 1 year of sales experience or Customer Service experience.Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.Have sales skills.PC skills using MS Office.Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.Previous experience in a relative field (Sales, Retail, Telesales..etc) is preferable.
