Job Description
– Managing the activities performed within the project in a manner that satisfies the clients’ technical requirements
– Supervising the team to work within set time frame and allocated resources to ensure meeting the deadlines
– Supervising and following up the activities of the implementation team on a daily basis and providing and supporting
them with all needed logistics for the timely execution of the project
– Planning and resource allocating for the project to utilize the resources properly and effectively manage the project
management process for optimization
– Managing customer relations through direct interaction through customer visit and clarifying and resolving all issues
through discussions in order to manage and meet their expectation
– Reporting and appraising the management any critical issues and trouble shooting.
– Preparing projects progress reports and suggesting corrective and preventive actions as necessary
– Coordinating with other department managers to optimize resources and benefit from any synergies
– Supervising the project documentation process as per the internal procedures to ensure proper project control and
follow-up
– Coordinating with Finance and Accounts to control expenses, budgets, timely invoicing as well as any other financial
issues as per work requirements
– Interacting and following up with the customers for the timely settlement of invoice
