Job Description
Technologies and Skills Required:
• 10-14 years of experience in the same field
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• PMP certified or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English (speaking, reading & writing)
• Experience in Program governance setup and operations is a must
• Experience in managing and delivering large technology transformation programs in depth Experience in designing, developing, and implementing ERP solutions
• Experience in providing knowledge transfer in project management training is a plus
• Experience in preparing minutes of meetings and PowerPoint presentations
• GCC/KSA Experience in the government and public sector
• Regional experience in the Defense and Security domain is a plus
• Have knowledge and expertise in Oracle ERP implementation, MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations), and Business Intelligence and Datawarehouse solution implementation (Each of the PMs in his respective area)
Skills
• Track record of managing senior stakeholders
• Conduct meetings with key stakeholders including Client’s TMO, the Program PMO and the concerned vendors, to better understand the scope of work, the projects status, the key stakeholders, and key challenges and potential risks
• Develop and deploy the project governance Model
• Coordinate information gathering and prepare and develop solution project governance status reports and presenting them through the project dashboard
