You will communicate with them via phone, email, and live chat, diagnosing and resolving technical issues they encounter while using our platform. Your role will also involve guiding users, and providing necessary instructions on utilizing platform functionalities and features. Additionally, you will document problems and solutions, regularly reporting to the development team. If you have a passion for problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background, we would like to hear from youOur Main target clients are Automotive spare parts suppliers and retailers in Saudi Arabian Markets.This Job is on-Site and located in Nasr City – CairoJob Description:Provide technical support to suppliers and customers via phone, email, and live chat.Diagnose and resolve technical issues that users face when using our platform.Guide users and provide necessary instructions on utilizing platform functionalities and features.Document problems and solutions, providing periodic reports to the development team.Handle technical issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams for comprehensive solutions.Deliver technical updates and instructions to users and customers as needed.

Job Requirements :

Previous experience in technical support or a related field is preferred.Strong knowledge and understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to effectively guide and instruct users on technical matters.Attention to detail in documenting problems and solutions.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in using support tools and systems.Flexibility to adapt to changing technical environments and requirements.Familiarity with the automotive spare parts market is a plus.
