Job Description:**Option 1 (Formal):**
Provide expert technical support for domestic appliances, addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical issues with efficiency. Coordinate with authorized service providers and field technicians to ensure prompt repair and maintenance services. Maintain comprehensive records of all support requests, meticulously documenting customer interactions and resolutions. Liaise with product engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and propose product enhancements. Conduct training programs and provide technical mentorship to junior support personnel and service partners. Adhere to all corporate policies and safety protocols in the execution of support functions. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including manuals and support materials. Actively participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives to optimize customer satisfaction and service delivery performance.
