Job Description:**Job Title: Technical Project Director**

**Position Summary:**

The Technical Project Director will assume comprehensive responsibility for the successful execution of large-scale, complex spatial and master planning projects. This role encompasses the management of all project phases, from initial planning and budgetary control to final delivery and client satisfaction, ensuring adherence to defined timelines, scope, and budgetary parameters.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Direct and oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.
* Manage multi-disciplinary technical and design teams, including subcontractors, facilitating clear communication and fostering effective collaboration.
* Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners to ensure superior satisfaction and project success.
* Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for clients regarding project-related matters.
* Ensure that all project processes and deliverables meet stringent Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) and technical compliance standards.
* Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring strict adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
* Provide technical contributions, review, and approve project deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and specifications.
* Identify and proactively mitigate potential project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
* Provide regular and comprehensive project updates to senior management, stakeholders, and clients, managing expectations and maintaining transparency.
* Mentor and develop project management team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic.
* Demonstrated understanding of transport, infrastructure, environmental, and economic disciplines relevant to the cross-disciplinary nature of spatial planning projects.
* Proven experience in conducting quality assurance processes and major project reviews to ensure outputs meet client expectations and WSP quality requirements.
* Understanding and practical application of data-driven analytical processes, tools, and software.
* Proficiency in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
