**Position Overview:**

The Technical Lead will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership and collaborating with Product and Project Managers to achieve defined development objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and mentor a team of Backend and Wallet Developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and technical excellence.
* Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure wallets and reusable wallet libraries.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Design, to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
* Partner with a Project Manager to define a technical roadmap, prioritize tasks, and manage sprint planning to ensure timely project delivery.
* Identify technical risks proactively, propose effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement of system architecture.
* Provide hands-on technical leadership in developing peer-to-peer (P2P) applications, ensuring efficient data synchronization, decentralized communication, and network resilience.
* Conduct regular code reviews, architectural reviews, and optimization initiatives for performance and scalability.
* Remain abreast of emerging Web3, blockchain, and DeFi trends, and integrate relevant innovations.

**Qualifications:**

* Six or more years of software engineering experience, with at least two to three years in a technical leadership role.
* Demonstrated experience in building and deploying cryptocurrency wallets, DeFi protocols, and working with Web3 technology stacks (e.g., EVM, Solidity, ethers.js/web3.js).
* Strong proficiency in NodeJS and React Native mobile development, with experience in launching and maintaining successful applications.
* Proficiency in C++ development and understanding of operating systems, cryptography, and networking fundamentals.
* Experience building Native add-ons in NodeJS is advantageous.
* Experience in building peer-to-peer (P2P) applications or distributed systems and decentralized communication models is desirable.
* Solid understanding of software architecture principles, system design patterns, and API integrations.
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
