Job Description:
Responsible and accountable for the daily operations of FOH team from opening to closing.
Recruit, develop, train and appraise staff as directed by Manager
Ensure that SOPs, policies and procedures of the restaurant are followed.
Delegate and ensure that subordinates perform their duties according to the standards.
Perform opening and closing of cashier register.
