Job Description :

Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reportsAssess and research difficult tax issues to identify solutions.Manage and maintain the company’s tax database.Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports.Responsible for daily accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing and other documentation procedures.Prepare and submit approved VAT and WHT returns. prepare Payroll tax.Prepare a full set of accounting, including AR, AP & GL. Prepare monthly closing and account reconciliation procedures.Complete internal and external reporting on a timely as well accurately basis.Responsible to prepare schedules in relation to CIT/VAT/other involved taxes compliance tasks from reporting to payment submission.Continuously update local tax policies and highlight potential risks or issues from tax perspective.Liaise with other parties (e.g. Internal and external auditors, tax agents, tax authority, lawyer, bank representatives, etc.).Offer support and guidance during audits

Job Requirements :

4-7 years of experience in tax sectionExperience in logistics is a mustWorking knowledge of tax laws and EAS.Previous tax experience in one logistic company is a mustExtensive corporate and personal tax experienceDetail-oriented and organizedExcellent English is a Must
