National Talent Management Executive | Automotive | Talent Center
Overview of the role
This role will be responsible for supporting the Head of Talent management in delivering exceptional talent management, engagement, and event solutions for Automotive division. This role will work closely with the business HRBPs to support the design of effective Talent and engagement solutions that align with their overall business goals. Additionally, this role will help plan and provide support in recognition events within the division
What you will do
- Assist in the management and delivery of talent management programs, including onboarding, engagement initiatives
- Assist in the development of communication materials, including presentations, reports, and dashboards, to share insights and progress with stakeholders
- Planning and execution of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
- Analyse data to measure the impact of recognition and rewards programs and make recommendations for program enhancements.
- Support AFG Group Initiatives that span across Talent management, Engagement and Wellbeing activities
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of talent management and engagement strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent management, engagement, and event management, and apply that knowledge to support businesses
- Become the Wellbeing ambassador and support other Wellbeing champions across Automotive Division.
- Participate in internal projects and initiatives related to talent management, engagement, and event management.
- Provide excellent client service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Seek opportunities to enhance personal and professional growth through training, education, and networking.
- Collaborate with Communications team to develop event promotion and communication plans, including email campaigns, social media, and other outreach efforts

What equips you for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, event management or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a talent management, HR, event planning, or consulting role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Comfortable with data analysis and able to develop KPIs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HR technology platforms and event management tools is a plus.
