Job Description :

Will be responsible for: -Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategyDevelop the company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewingConduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positionsDesign and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)Reviews employment applications and background check reportsServe as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting eventsRepresent the company internally and externally at events with the goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communitiesCounsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environmentBuild long-term relationships with past and potential candidatesManage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunitiesCreate monthly reports on key talent acquisition metricsCommunicate regularly with the HR department to get a clear view of the company’s hiring needs and organizational goalsProactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologiesSuggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activitiesResearch talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry 

Job Requirements :

Experience 3:6 years in Talent Management, 2 Years minimum experience in FMCGProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, VisioWork Location: Nearby ElharamHR Certificate or Diploma is preferable
