Job Description

We are looking for a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Maadi, Cairo. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our clients. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging with potential candidates, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and a passion for finding the right fit for our clients.


  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and conducting reference checks.
  5. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of their open positions and candidate pipeline.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external partners.
  7. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent – Fluent English level, with good – v.good level in (French – German – Italian)
