As a Talent Acquisition lead, responsible to help the organisation hire top Talent in an efficient rapid manner in accordance to the yearly forecasted plan while promoting mission and visionDriving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activitiesCreating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for all levelsDesigning and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experiencePartnering with leaders within the organisation to track ongoing hiring needs of their businessManaging end-to-end recruitment processIdentifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are metDefining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfactionDefining and leading projects focused on continuous improvementPeople Management
Profile
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Talent AcquisitionExperience building the Talent Acquisition function from scratch and working in a mature organisation (preferably Telecommunications, Electronics, Consumer Goods etc.)
