Job Description

  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
  • Writes up and posts job descriptions for career websites.
  • Organize candidates’ data.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conducts phone interviews with individuals to assess their qualifications and fit for a company.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidates’ interviews, meetings and maintain agendas.
  • Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback.
  • Perform background and reference check.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of candidates.
  • Follow the onboarding cycle and make sure to fulfil all new joiners’ requirements and inductions.
  • Prepare reports (Weekly & Monthly).
  •  Fulfil all the vacant position as per the MPP and closed replacement positions with achieving minimum 90%.
  •  Work with line Manager on recruiting planning.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Attend and coordinate recruiting-related activities such as professional and college career fairs when needed.
  • Issue.
  • Prepare job offer letter & fill recruitment forms.
  • Any things related to HR and requested by line Manager.
  • Update the recruitment tracker.
