Job Description
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Writes up and posts job descriptions for career websites.
- Organize candidates’ data.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conducts phone interviews with individuals to assess their qualifications and fit for a company.
- Coordinate and schedule candidates’ interviews, meetings and maintain agendas.
- Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback.
- Perform background and reference check.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of candidates.
- Follow the onboarding cycle and make sure to fulfil all new joiners’ requirements and inductions.
- Prepare reports (Weekly & Monthly).
- Fulfil all the vacant position as per the MPP and closed replacement positions with achieving minimum 90%.
- Work with line Manager on recruiting planning.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Attend and coordinate recruiting-related activities such as professional and college career fairs when needed.
- Issue.
- Prepare job offer letter & fill recruitment forms.
- Any things related to HR and requested by line Manager.
- Update the recruitment tracker.
