Job Description

:Daily Tasks

  • To meet with the unit manager to review contracts requirements, clients visits and generated Leads through the system

To communicate with potential clients through phone calls and customer visits

  • To update the daily status visits through the system

  • To Record the daily visits and their results and the results of leads on the system

  • To submit the new clients’ APPs to the unit manager after ensuring the data is correct, complete and

recorded on the system

:Weekly Tasks

  • Weekly meetings with unit manager to discuss target and the way to achieve it and review the daily visits with the clients, and complete the requirements of the deficiencies to amend the deviation from the goals

:Monthly Tasks

  • Achieve the target

  • Follow-up with clients’ portfolio and payment of their contributions

:TSAs are obligated to communicate daily and respond without delay to

Clients inquiries and everything related to their requests before and after the contract is issued

  • Direct manager directs and inquiries

  • Collection of late contributions

  • Maintaining his contracts from cancellation

  • Follow-up the comments and requirements of its clients related to departments: Operations, human resources, call center, information technology, marketing, finance, legal, compliance and risk.
