Job Description :

Review placing special orders for all items with low supply and/or high demand, find substitute items for unavailable items and push suppliers to provide highest possible quantity. Check daily sales of each section in comparison to past month or past year, take corrective actions to adjust order strategy and/or report feedback to Trading department about missing items, unavailable suppliers, promotions or any concern affecting sales.Identify sales performance gaps through in-depth analysis. Implement corrective actions among branches and follow up with Trading Department on necessary actions to boost sales. Monitor weekly supplier performance feedback in terms of delivery time, availability (range and quantity) and returns to ensure suppliers adhere to purchase orders and contractual agreements. Consolidate report and send to Trading department.Maintain healthy stock level, avoid overstock and slow-moving stock through sales analysis, correct orders, follow up on returns to supplier and provide feedback to Trading department in timely manner to corrective action as needed Collect and consolidate daily store visits reports from coordinators to ensure display and availability of items in warehouse and floor. Recommend actions and send to concerned parties (branch manager, Operations,..).Coordinate with all departments in head office to resolve any problems that may cause delay in supply process. Maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and resolve conflicts in timely manner.Improve efficiency of supply process through unifying delivery date for common suppliers, ensure supplier schedule is followed and conduct internal transfers between branches based on branch sales and stock level. Monitor attendance and performance the team and provide regular feedback to supply chain Manager. Ensure implementation of all department related policiesGuide and coach the team in resolving day to day problems and conducting required tasks efficiently and effectivelyConduct performance appraisal for the team and set annual objectives for the team in line with department business plan.Check database and all associated information systems to ensure data entered by coordinators is accurate and up to date

Job Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalentPreferred 5 years experience in similar roleAdvanced proficiency in English
