Job Description :

Primary Purpose of the Job:Develop the company operations and open new sales accounts.Duties and Responsibilities:- Creating and implementing all import and export strategies and activities.- Handling all export ensuring compliance to all organizational policies and procedures, monitoring allfinancial and currency processes and transactions, and managing all communications with exportauthorities for all required countries.- Handling all existing clients and ensuring an optimal level of marketing strategies, designing requiredconsumer promotions for various trade fairs, maintaining an optimal level of customer satisfaction,and assisting in identifying new markets.- Maintaining subject matter expertise in all import and export operations, evaluating all companybusinesses, and providing a required classification for that.- Preparing effective business plans for all projects to achieve the required product volume and profit,organizing all market plans to suit all customer requirements, and monitoring all specific transactionsof all customers and all processes.- Managing any complaint or business need and suggesting solutions.- Opening new operations accounts and enhancing business relations with all suppliers.- Achieving operations targets by establishing contacts and developing relationships with existing andpotential prospects.- Establishing relationships with a larger platform of clients by providing information, support, andguidance.- Communicating and negotiating with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.- Paying regular visits to existing customers.- Collecting sales information and statistics to conduct reports and submit them to the direct Manager.- Managing the accounts payable invoices process with the suppliers.- Studying the market needs with other branches of the company to hit the best product thatrepresents a new opportunity for export.- Identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, and gaining the fullknowledge to keep up with the current market conditions.

Job Requirements :

– Bachelor’s Degree.- 6 – 10 years of Export or FMCG Industries – Sales diploma or certificate is a plus.- Excellent English Language is a must.- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.- Creative problem-solving- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.- Excellent negotiation skills.- Excellent sales skills.
