**Job Overview**

An opportunity exists for a Supervisor – Operations at Riverland. Key responsibilities include:

* Identifying and escalating operational challenges to facilitate solution development.
* Undertaking Riverland Duty Manager responsibilities, ensuring operational efficiency.
* Participating in park events and activations, ensuring seamless operational execution.
* Addressing and resolving guest and tenant issues effectively.
* Assuming Riverland Operations responsibilities in the absence of the Operations Manager.
* Monitoring the performance and operational compliance of commercial partners.
* Providing administrative support for documentation and approvals.
* Raising maintenance issues and service requests to relevant teams.
* Supervising, training, and leading the operations team to ensure effective and efficient operations.
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
* Ensuring the provision of a high level of guest service.
* Monitoring crowd flow and ensuring smooth operational execution.
* Monitoring all aspects impacting guest experience.

**Candidate Profile**

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree.
* A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
* Demonstrated competence in Operations Management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
* Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Sound knowledge of Health & Safety and basic hygiene principles.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
