To serve as the liaison between Business units and the in- house team. Lead the in-house team of creative and content specialists. The core priority is addressing needs and requirements as quickly and effectively as possible to fulfill their requirements in a timely manner.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all Business Units account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with BUs focal points.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Business Units needs and objectives
Manage the team and process to ensure high quality deliverables
Lead the team when working on campaigns and overall deliverables to the different Business unit.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives.
Identify areas of improvement to exceed competitors in the local market.
Prepare reports on account status.
Distribute tasks on the in-house team and follow up on work completion and delivery.
Assist with challenging requests or issue escalations as needed
– Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Junior Account manager or relevant role in an Agency.
– Proven creative role with an advertising agency or creative team.
– Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-Level.
– Solid experience with CRM Software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or Hubspot) and MS office (particularly MS Excel).
