Contributing to the mission and vision of UST by promoting comprehensive and dynamic co-curricular activities and vibrant student life, through diverse and meaningful programsEstablishing, monitoring, evaluating, and suggesting modifying processes, procedures, and/or standards, ensuring alignment with ZC ‘s mission, values, goals, and objectives, as well national laws and regulations.Serving as a liaison to applicable external agencies, internal departments, and applicable educational institutions representing the UST-ZC as needed.Contributing to committees related to students such as the Student Organization Committee (SOC) and Code of Conduct Committee, etc.Staying current on regulatory changes to ensure that the College has systems and procedures in place to maintain compliance, as required.Planning, organizing, and managing all students related events both activities and budget-wise.Liaising with different departments in conducting student eventsDeveloping, following up, and enforcing policies and procedures of students’ life on campus Assisting the non-academic director in the student government meetings and elections Handling Students issues, and inquiries and conducting committees. Establishing feedback and review processes for all student engagement exercises to measure value and outcomes.Ensuring students’ membership in professional and civic organizations and activitiesEnforcing risk management rules and regulations, during major student events and trips, while efficiently acting and responding to incidents if need arises.Participating in developing and administering office budget; implementing and allocating resources following budget approval; approves expenditures.Training, mentoring and helping in evaluating employees in the office.
Job Requirements :
English and Arabic Proficiency.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or Business Administration, or related discipline.Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, with high-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Possess a high level of interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with event management.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Able to work under pressure and deal with adhoc crisis.Able to maintain utmost confidentiality while exercising careful judgment in all department affairs.Experience working in a university or Academic setting is preferred.
