As Senior Associate, you will work as internal consulting expert to support the organisation’s digitisation process, along with the COO and Heads of Departments. Liaise with senior management to understand the firm’s requirements and ensure they are aligned to its’ long – term strategy.Oversee improvement, enhancement, and automation of teams (Finance, Fund operations, Client Services, etc.)Conduct analysis of key financial trends and performance metrics through financial models to provide insights that support the CEO and the COO’s decision making.Incorporate insights and recommendations from the leadership team to develop strategic plan of action for the future.
Bachelor’s degree with preference to candidates from Finance, Accounting or Economics background from reputable institutions. Master’s degree or other qualifications are an advantage.Candidates must have 3-7 years’ experience in strategy / management consulting or financial institutions with expertise in change management, financial planning, and analysis.Strong MS Excel and Power Point skills.Expertise in developing financial models with Excel.Excellent verbal and written presentation skillsProven leadership skills with the ability to interact and engage with the C-level management and executive leadership team.Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment.
