Job Description :

Manage sales and expenses to optimize resultsManage and assign tasks appropriately to ensure the stores are clean, adequately stocked, organized, well kept and priced correctlyResolve customer complaints in a timely and professional mannerEstablish periodic on-going communication meetings with all store employees and the District ManagerAnalyze daily sales and expense information and perform all other financial analysis to maximize sales and net profitsPrepare and/or oversee preparation of necessary reports and paperwork;Maintain image standards for all shopsMaintain staffing levels consistent with business needs to ensure excellent customer service (Includes assisting with recruiting, hiring and training employees)Ensure adequate shift coverage which may require the Store Manager to cover shifts in the event there are no other employees available to workPrepare on-going and timely performance appraisals on-line for District ManagerApproval for all employees, providing proper performance based feedbackEnsure that all weekly time and attendance records and payroll are finalized, transmitted and processedSupport company maintenance standards to optimize asset life.

Job Requirements :

University Degree3 years at least as a managerEnglish is very goodExcellent Leadership skillsStrong sales skillsAble to motivate and empower workforceStrong customer focusExcellent interpersonal communication skillsFull understanding of competitive relationships and market driversUnderstanding of company policies/procedures and image requirements.
