  • Follow brand /Layout guidelines correctly to deliver brand value and ensure best stock profits result .
  • Train & Lead team to maximize the advantages of brand display layout and availability of stock into their sales which drive store sales performance .
  •  daily briefing & weekly communication on the job coaching ( sales specialist ) .
  • lead team regular & main meeting , delivering key business communication and daily objectives to reach in store business goals .
  • manage and resolve customer issues to maintain customers satisfactions as per brand standards .
  • Lead the shop ,actively selling through team and play role modelling of the sales brand technique & standards .
