- Maximize sales and exceed store performance for better result to achieve target and maintain brand growth
- be present in store, coach and lead store team to exceed store & individual KPI .
- continuously helps & control sales team in daily bases sales activity and managements of repair , reservation , returns .
- follow with operational tasks to avoid any delay to maintain business goals and meet customer expectation .
- Drive the highest possible standards of in Store visual impact .
- Follow brand /Layout guidelines correctly to deliver brand value and ensure best stock profits result .
- Train & Lead team to maximize the advantages of brand display layout and availability of stock into their sales which drive store sales performance .
- daily briefing & weekly communication on the job coaching ( sales specialist ) .
- lead team regular & main meeting , delivering key business communication and daily objectives to reach in store business goals .
- manage and resolve customer issues to maintain customers satisfactions as per brand standards .
- Lead the shop ,actively selling through team and play role modelling of the sales brand technique & standards .
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- Detailed understanding of managerial aspects with a focus on prompt customer service.
- Excellent soft skills with an ability to delegate tasks effectively.
- Decent educational qualification with a knack for efficient management. (Minimum diploma holder preferred)
