**JOB TITLE**

Stock Associate | MAF Life Style | Operations

**ROLE SUMMARY**

The Stock Associate is responsible for ensuring the effective management of stock levels within Majid Al Futtaim LifeStyle, in accordance with business requirements. Key responsibilities include receiving deliveries, maintaining an organized and uncluttered stockroom, and adhering to all relevant internal systems and operational procedures.

**ROLE PROFILE**

* Assist in the establishment and maintenance of the sales floor, office spaces, stockrooms, and other designated areas within the store.
* Assemble products according to brand instruction manuals, reporting any identified manufacturing defects.
* Apply barcodes to all products in compliance with company and brand guidelines.
* Inspect all incoming stock from warehouses and/or other stores, in accordance with company guidelines, reporting any discrepancies or defects to the designated manager.
* Conduct regular stockroom audits, reporting any stock items not currently displayed on the sales floor to the Visual Merchandising (VM) and Management teams.
* Perform daily walkthroughs of the sales floor to replenish stock, adhering to VM and operational directives.
* Provide support for store activities, including promotional events, mid-season sales, and end-of-season sales, as directed by the Management team.
* Demonstrate excellent to fluent English language proficiency.
* Possess knowledge of RFID systems.
