AMAALA, situated on the northwest coast of Saudi Arabia, boasts a diverse array of natural environments. The Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay signifies a new era in comprehensive wellness tourism, featuring 220 keys encompassing rooms and suites, along with villas offering private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all meticulously designed to provide breathtaking bay and sea views. As a Steward, the incumbent will play a vital role in the seamless functioning of our culinary team, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization within all kitchen and back-of-house areas. A meticulous attention to detail and dedication to teamwork will ensure a flawless dining experience for every guest.
Responsibilities include: Cleaning, sanitizing, and storing all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes in accordance with company standards; maintaining organized, tidy, and safe kitchen and service areas; supporting the culinary team by ensuring an adequate supply of clean tools and equipment; safely and efficiently operating cleaning equipment; adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines as per HACCP and company policy; assisting in waste management, recycling, and stock rotation; and promptly reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for service and a positive, can-do attitude. Prior experience in a stewarding or cleaning role within the hospitality sector is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization are essential. The ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team is required. Good communication skills and a basic understanding of English are necessary (additional languages are a plus). Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected.
