ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Production Planning

2. Complete production activities on time as per Plan and as instructed by Production Manager

3. Monitor day to day production activities

4. Interact with the Sales team to understand customer requirements clearly

5. Monitor rejection and rework level and plan to reduce the same

6. Ensure to maintain all the Plant and machinery in good condition.

7. Ensure that all production employees follow health & safety procedures

8. Ensure to meet the production output based on the plan.

9. Ensure to meet the target based on quantity and quality as per the requirement of the client.

10. Visit the site to ensure productivity and progress based on quality and quantity required.

Skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably with a Diploma or Degree

• With at least 5 years of experience in production & technical aspects of steel, glass, or aluminum production

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Production knowledge

• Computer literate

• Leadership skills

• Good communication skills
