Job Description:**Responsibilities:**

The incumbent will provide support to the Site Supervision Team by assisting in infrastructure civil works inspections, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards. This includes documenting inspection findings, coordinating with engineers and contractors to address non-conformities, and maintaining organized records of inspection reports, site observations, and follow-up actions. The incumbent will also participate in site walks and provide logistical and administrative support to the supervision team.

**Community Outreach & Engagement:**

The incumbent will assist in planning and executing community outreach initiatives, such as public meetings, site visits, and informational sessions. Responsibilities include distributing outreach materials, supporting social media content development, serving as a point of contact for community members, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, recording and reporting community feedback, maintaining accurate records of interactions, preparing summaries and reports on engagement efforts, and tracking resolutions to community concerns.

**Event Coordination & Communication:**

The incumbent will assist in organizing community meetings, open houses, and other public events, coordinating logistics, ensuring event execution, and aligning outreach efforts with project timelines. Responsibilities also include preparing presentations and communication tools, and collaborating with public relations teams to maintain consistent messaging.

**Qualifications:**

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required, along with a minimum of four years of combined experience in site supervision of infrastructure civil works and community relations within the construction or infrastructure sector. Proven experience supporting site inspection activities, a strong understanding of infrastructure components, and familiarity with construction documentation are essential. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, proficiency in public speaking, excellent writing and content creation skills, and knowledge of community engagement best practices.
