We are looking to hire Sr. Sales Executive with below experience.

Min. 3+ years of proven work experience in sales within freight forwarding in UAE or relevant field is a must.

About the job:

To provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability in multiple logistics fields in UAE and cross borders into neighboring countries. Candidate will be accountable for sustainable revenue growth, sales planning, sales process optimization, and establishing a strong sales team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for selling Freight Forwarding services for Imports and Exports

Developing the Air, Ocean & Road freight sales

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Continuously improve through feedback

Job Qualifications and Skills Required

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.

Fluency in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

Strong managerial gravitas and ability to build relationships and teams.

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Hunter mindset and farmer approach with a strong understanding of modern-day sales methodologies, outstanding selling capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills as this role is client facing.

Self-starter with the drive and ambition to achieve results.

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

UAE driving license is a must.



Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

Min. 3+ years proven work experience in sales within freight forwarding is a must.
