Job Description

o    Responsible on the mechanical and structural design, sizing and enclosure integrity and compliance of the prefabricated buildings, PCR, PES ,… with client specifications

o    Responsible on mechanical design, structural calculations, loading, cooling system sizing and fire & gas system design for the prefabricated buildings, PCR, PES ,…

o    Responsible on reviewing the relevant technical requirements provided by the client for the prefabricated buildings, PCR, PES ,…

o    Identify the type of construction required case-to-case to build the prefabricated buildings, PCR, PES ,…

o    Responsible for providing the costing of the prefabricated buildings, PCR, PES ,… (Except the electrical items such as Transformers, Switchgear, MCC, DB’s. SCADA) to the sales engineer to include in his commercial proposal calculations.

o    Propose the most effective design that satisfies the client specifications, our quality standards and safety at lowest cost.

o    Preparing detailed and complete take-off and BOM for all the required materials needed to construct the prefabricated buildings, PCR, PES ,… such as but not limited to steel structure components, roof-and-wall panels,  HVAC, Fire and Gas, doors, accessories, hardware…to sales for completing the proposal

o    Estimate the required man-hours to build a specific prefabricated buildings, PCR, PES ,…

o    For on hand jobs, to issue the fabrication details with Production Release to Operations department to start the execution.

o    For on-hand jobs to issue the Materials Release in the ERP system to Supply Chain  department to order the materials and components

o    Ensuring that the requirements of ISO are being implemented and maintained.

o    Attend internal meetings or with clients related to the prefabricated buildings, PCR, PES where and when it is needed.
