**Job Description:**
The Senior Manager, Sales Excellence, will spearhead the transformation of Visa’s sales methodologies within the CEMEA region, with specific emphasis on client-centricity, sales enablement, and process optimization. This role will provide critical support in the execution of strategic priorities, ensuring the alignment of sales processes with client objectives, and fostering collaborative relationships across diverse Visa teams. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for championing upskilling initiatives and integrating best practices from both regional and global divisions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Sales Enablement & Learning:** Support the design and execution of comprehensive learning strategies and enablement programs tailored for sales teams, leveraging feedback mechanisms and analytical data to enhance performance outcomes.
* **Process Improvement:** Identify and implement process enhancements to reduce sales cycle durations, accelerate revenue generation, and streamline operational workflows.
* **Project Management:** Lead and manage strategic projects in alignment with Visa’s overarching business objectives, ensuring their timely and effective completion.
* **Collaboration:** Facilitate alignment and promote integrated solutions between sales teams and cross-functional departments to effectively address client objectives.
* **Proactive Problem Solving:** Anticipate potential challenges, propose viable solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* **Data-Driven Decision Making:** Leverage data and analytical insights to inform strategic recommendations and monitor the impact of implemented initiatives.
* **Communication:** Deliver clear, concise, and impactful recommendations and progress reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
**Qualifications:**
* Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* Seven to ten years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, banking, or related fields.
* Demonstrated experience in sales enablement or direct sales roles within B2B organizations, preferably with multi-product solution offerings.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and implementing effective sales processes.
