- Reaching and exceeding Monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Drive direct sales via cold calling, in person sales calls and referrals
- Establish and maintain key accounts and channel partner relationships
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Buzzin VMS and associated technologies and be able to communicate the value it brings to customers
- Maintain good relationship with customers and facility management companies
- Ability to communicate the value that our solution could bring to their premises
- Customers include residential and business towers, schools, dorms, offices and residential communities.
- Ability to identify the decision makers and present an appealing offer to communicate the value of the solution it brings to their premises
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
- Software Solution sales experience 3+ years
- Experienced in selling direct and through/with channel partners
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to follow a standard approach to selling to maximize efficiency and results.
- Confident, assertive, great attitude, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter.
- BS or BA degree from an accredited institution.
- Understand technology and software solution selling.
- Ability to learn quickly
- Fluent in English Language / Arabic is a plus
