Job Description

- Design and implement application solutions for the target domains.
- Design and develop innovative solutions to customer requirements
- Develop integration solutions, POCs
- Implement & customize software products
- Participate in the full life-cycle development process from product definition, through design, development, test, release and maintenance
- Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client’s architectural needs
- Work with technology and business groups to define project specifications
- Develop technical and implementation plans and take full ownership
- Interact with prospective customers during product demos/evaluations
- Enhance efficiency of development, test and release process; develop tools, frameworks
- Participate in the full lifecycle development process
- Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of working technology
- Lead software solutions team in projects

- Monitor & review execution of plans and taking corrective actions

- Act as the focal point for software solutions development

Skills
- Sc. in Engineering or Computer Science
- 7-10 years’ hands-on software development experience
- Experience with RPA tools is an asset
- Preferred knowledge on technologies like C#, .Net, Python, LAMP, XML, Java
- Proven ability to document and implement technical solutions
- Technical leadership skills for supporting project management, and in managing projects with little supervision
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent skills in combining business and technology
- Results orientation, you won’t be satisfied until the job is done with the right quality
- Self-motivated, you have the natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges
