Our client is an FM company already established in KSA. They have a portfolio of blue chip clients and manage TFM (Hard and Soft) services across multiple property types. They are currently seeking a Soft Services Manager to join their KSA operation. The successful candidate will be based in the NEOM area and will be required to work single status at company provided accommodation. Day to day duties will include managing a team of blue collar workers delivering soft services such as cleaning to a large project. Candidates should have experience in managing a team of blue collar workers delivering high level cleaning services. They should have good spoken Arabic language and be able to communicate well, ensuring client satisfaction and development of the relationship.

Requirements:
? To work single status in a remote location staying in company provided accommodation
? Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Experience
? FM related qualification – (BICS desirable)
? Experience managing a blue collar team
? Excellent Arabic language skills
? Good report writing skills
