Manage a team of Social Media Specialists and Community Managers. Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy. Define the most important social media KPIs. Manage and oversee social media content. Measure the success of every social media campaign. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Be on top of global social media trends on a daily basis. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams. Hire and train others in the team.
Job Requirements :
At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar roleManagerial experience – at least 2 years Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressionsExcellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other social media channelsGood understanding of social media KPIsExcellent multitasking skillsGreat leadership skillsCritical thinker and problem-solving skills
