Job Description:**Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:**

This position encompasses the following key responsibilities: Social Media Management, Media Buying, and Collaboration & Reporting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement; creating, curating, and scheduling content across various social media platforms; monitoring social media trends and industry best practices; engaging with followers and managing online communities; analyzing social media performance to optimize future campaigns; planning and executing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn; optimizing ad campaigns to maximize ROI and target specific audience segments; monitoring budgets, bids, and ad performance to ensure cost-effectiveness; conducting A/B testing to identify optimal creatives and ad copy; utilizing analytics tools to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly; collaborating with content and creative teams to maintain brand consistency; providing regular performance reports to management with insights and recommendations; and staying abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
